Order Seals

To order a seal, please go through the following steps:

Browse stones page, and pick your stone. If you already have a stone or other seal material, or if you decide to buy stone from other places, you may skip this step.
Estimate how much it will cost you. The prices page provides an estimate calculator.
If you are comfortable with the estimated price, send me an email at fanandxue@yahoo.com and include the following: 1) Text to be carved (if in English, tell me if I should translate it), 2) Stone code if applicable.
Send me the deposit (One third of the total cost), then I will design the seal for you. If you do not like the design, or decide to quit, I will refund your deposit.
After we agree the design, I will begin to carve the seal for you. It usually takes about three to five days.
When the seal is done, you send me the rest of the payment; I will mail you the seal.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

I am very confident in my seal carving. However, if, for any reason, you do not like the seal I carved. You may return the seal to me for refund subject to the following terms:

If you decide to return the seal, you must do so within (10) ten days starting from the day I mail it out. After ten days I mail it out, the sale is deemed final.
You will be responsible for all mail postage.
You will be responsible for stone restore fee at ten dollars each stone.
If the stone is damaged or broken, you will be responsible for the stone cost.
The rest of your payment will be refund to you.
The refund check will be mailed to you by priority mail + delivery confirmation as soon as I receive the seal from you.
